DRIVING MISS DAISY
Or more like DRIVING MRS GREATGRANNY. Two weeks ago my grandmother from the Faroe Islands (thus Ella's great grandmother) came to Copenhagen to visit us. She stayed for us a short week & we spent all of our time doing some of the things she always wanted to do but never yet had been able to. She is 76 years old & since she lives so far away, I don't often get the chance to spend time with her & spoil her, so it was so much fun taking her out on town.
We went to thriftshops, malls, museums, runs, restaurants & she even got to go on trip on the raft with Ella & Anton & me & it seemed as if she was having the time of her life. That felt good. Real good. Here's some (who am I kidding - a lot of) snapshots from my grannys stay here + some extras:-) Happy Monday.
